• AGE REQUIREMENT- Renter must be over 25 years of age with a valid drivers license. If you are between the ages of 21 to 24 years of age a $25.00 per day surcharge applies.
•INSURANCE REQUIREMENT- Renter must have full automobile coverage on their own vehicle in order to rent. We do offer "Secondary" coverages. Please call 315-449-4266 for "Secondary Coverage" Rates.
•CREDIT CARD REQUIREMENT- We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. A minimum of $1,000.00 is required as a security deposit.
•ADDITIONAL DRIVERS- All additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the renter. There is a $25.00 per day surcharge for all additional drivers that are not a spouse or family member of the renter.
•RENTAL PERIODS- We offer daily rentals (24hrs) from Monday to Thursday. We offer 2-day weekend rentals from Saturday to Monday (48hrs), and 3-day weekend rentals from Friday to Monday (72hrs).
•HOURS OF OPERATION- Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)- Saturday (8am to 1pm)- Sunday (By appointment only)
•DELIVERY- We charge $2.50 per mile delivery or pickup charge from our location to your location. We charge a flat rate of $50.00 for any airport delivery or pickup + the $2.50 mile charge.
•MILEAGE- All regular daily rentals include 75 free miles per day, .50 each addtl mile. All mid-week specials include 50 free miles per day, .50 each addtl mile. All 3-day weekend rental include 100 free miles per day, .50 each addt mile. * Other mileage packages are available for 3-day weekend rentals.
•CANCELLATION POLICY- We have a 2-week cancellation policy on all our rentals to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. *All rentals are guaranteed unless any unforeseen circumstances occur (i.e Vehicle Damage, Service, or Severe Weather)
•RATES/SPECIALS- We offer dicounted daily rates from Monday to Wednesday. Hourly Rates are available Monday to Thursday.
